By using our website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.

150CLD provides professional training and development programmes in project management, leadership, and organisational performance.

2. Eligibility
By purchasing from us, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The information you provide is accurate
- You have completed any required suitability or pre-assessment steps
3. Our Services
We provide two types of services:
3.1 Individual Courses (B2C)
- Online, digital learning programmes
- Self-paced with structured content
- May include induction and support
3.2 Organisational Training (B2B)
- Bespoke leadership and training programmes
- Designed following a discovery process
- Delivered to organisations under agreed terms
Each service type is governed by different conditions below.
SECTION A: INDIVIDUAL COURSES (B2C)
4. Course Access & Delivery
4.1 Access
- Access is granted after payment and onboarding
- Access may be activated after induction
4.2 Duration
- Access is provided for a defined period (e.g. 12 weeks unless stated otherwise)
- Extensions may be granted at our discretion
4.3 Personal Use
- Access is for individual use only
- Sharing login details is prohibited
5. Induction Requirement
Where applicable:
- You must book and attend your induction session
- Course access may be restricted until induction is completed
- Induction forms part of the course delivery
6. Payments
6.1 Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP.
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payment must be made before access is granted
6.3 Funded Learners (e.g. LCAS)
If you are using funding:
- You are responsible for completing all required documentation
- If funding is not approved or completed within the required timeframe:
- You become liable for the remaining balance
- Access may be suspended if requirements are not met
7. Course Content & Outcomes
- Content is provided for educational purposes
- We do not guarantee exam success or specific outcomes
8. Learner Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Engage with the course within the allocated timeframe
- Follow instructions provided during induction and learning
- Ensure your technical setup is suitable
- Prepare appropriately for exams where applicable
9. Exams & External Providers
Where courses prepare you for external exams:
- You must follow all preparation instructions
- You must meet booking timelines (e.g. minimum notice periods)
- We are not responsible for failed exams due to:
- Technical issues
- Failure to follow instructions
- Late booking
SECTION B: ORGANISATIONAL TRAINING (B2B)
10. Scope of Services
Organisational training and leadership programmes are:
- Tailored to client needs
- Delivered following a discovery and design process
- Governed by a separate proposal or agreement
11. Payment Terms
- Fees are agreed in advance
- Payment structures may include:
- Upfront fees
- Staged payments
- Non-refundable deposits
12. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Due to the bespoke nature of these services:
- Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- This includes:
- Discovery
- Design
- Delivery preparation
We reserve the right to:
- Retain deposits
- Charge for work completed
- Apply rescheduling fees
13. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to stakeholders
- Ensure participant attendance
- Engage with the programme
Delays may impact delivery and outcomes.
14. No Cooling-Off Period (B2B)
Organisational services are:
- Entered into on a business-to-business basis
- Customised and time-allocated
Therefore, consumer cooling-off rights do not apply.
GENERAL TERMS (APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES)
15. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of 150CLD.
You may not:
- Copy
- Share
- Distribute
- Reproduce
without permission.
16. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are breached
- Payments are not met
- Content is misused
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- Liability is limited to the amount paid
Nothing excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury
- Fraud
18. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
