Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 7th April 2026

This policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how cancellations are handled.

It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

We want you to feel confident when joining a 150CLD programme. If something isn’t right, we will always aim to resolve it fairly.

However, as our courses involve digital content and structured onboarding, refund eligibility depends on how much of the course has been accessed.

SECTION A: INDIVIDUAL COURSES (B2C)

2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase.

However, by purchasing a course, you acknowledge that:

  • Course delivery may begin within this period
  • Your refund rights may be affected once you access or engage with the course

3. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days only if:

  • You have not attended your induction session, AND
  • You have not accessed or consumed a meaningful portion of the course content

4. Induction as the Start of the Course

The induction session is a key part of your learning experience.

  • Once you attend your induction, your course is considered to have started
  • Refund eligibility may be reduced or removed after this point

5. What Counts as “Accessing the Course”

Refunds will not normally be granted if you have:

  • Attended your induction session
  • Accessed multiple lessons or modules
  • Progressed beyond initial onboarding content
  • Downloaded and used core materials (such as the workbook)
  • Actively engaged with structured learning activities

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes meaningful use of the course.

6. Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our programmes.

If you feel the course does not meet expectations:

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A refund
  • Additional support
  • Transfer to a more suitable programme

All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • The 14-day period has passed
  • The course has been substantially accessed or completed
  • You fail to complete required actions (e.g. funding documentation such as LCAS)
  • You do not attend scheduled sessions without notice

8. Funded Learners (e.g. LCAS)

If you are using funding or enhanced learning credits:

  • You are responsible for completing all required documentation
  • If documentation is not submitted within the required timeframe:
    • Access may be suspended
    • You may become liable for the remaining balance

Refunds will not be issued where funding conditions are not met.

Where possible, we may offer:

  • Rescheduling
