Executive Coach and Faciliator

Emma Marinos is an accomplished executive coach and facilitator with over 30 years of experience in local government, including 15 years as a director. She specialises in guiding individuals, teams, and groups to build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful results.  

Emma’s approach is rooted in the belief that self-leadership is the foundation of effective leadership. Combining her expertise in compassionate enquiry with her passion for psychology and yoga, she helps clients harness their inner resources to navigate complex situations and drive growth.  

Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a PCC coach, Emma also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching and an MA in Marketing. Since 2021, she has run her own coaching and facilitation business, working across local government, the public sector, and the construction industry.
