Clare Walkeden
Executive Coach and Facilitator
Clare Walkeden is an executive coach and facilitator with experience supporting individuals and teams to improve performance, communication, and decision-making in complex environments. She has designed and delivered coaching and learning programmes for SMEs, not-for-profits, and global organisations, with a focus on helping people stay effective through change and challenge.
Clare’s approach is evidence-led and practical. In construction and infrastructure settings, she supports leaders who are balancing programme pressure, stakeholder demands, and competing priorities, helping teams create clearer thinking, stronger working relationships, and more consistent follow-through. Her facilitation style creates the space for honest conversations and useful action, so teams leave with changes they can apply on live work.
Alongside her coaching and facilitation, Clare brings a background in marketing and communications as founder of Auburn Consultancy. She also has significant governance experience and currently serves as Chair of Abianda, a London-based charity supporting young women and girls affected by criminal exploitation and violence. Outside of work, Clare is an endurance cyclist and uses that experience to inform her work on resilience, motivation, and sustaining performance over time.
