Andy Green is a highly experienced leadership and project management facilitator with over 25 years of expertise in delivering complex infrastructure solutions worldwide. With a background in military construction engineering and mechanical engineering, Andy’s work spans a range of industries, including construction, engineering, and technology.

As a Chartered Engineer and Manager, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to his facilitation sessions. He applies his strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive impactful change within teams. His approach is grounded in the belief that teamwork, visionary leadership, and applied knowledge are key to achieving success in even the most challenging projects.

Andy’s career achievements include being awarded the Member of the British Empire (MBE) in 2014 for his services to the military, a testament to his dedication and leadership. When not working, Andy enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking, road biking, running, and climbing in the beautiful Peak District and working on his home renovation project.
